Weather Watch Weather Observer Cookie Cutter

A smiling young observer holds a sunny forecast clipboard while wearing a cap and bright jacket. This welcoming character rounds out weather-study parties and classroom celebration cookies.

Decorate the cap, face, jacket and clipboard as broad colour areas, then add a simple expression and sun emblem. Hair texture and jacket seams can be simplified while keeping the character's cheerful pose.

This is an outline cookie cutter. The coloured artwork is a decorating guide; interior details are not stamped into the dough.
