Quilt Circle Pin Cushion Basket Cookie Cutter

A basket-style pin cushion combines a rounded cushion, low pin-head accents and a leafy front patch. It is a warm little subject for sewing-circle cookies and maker appreciation gifts.

Use broad basket bands, a contrasting cushion and a simple leaf sprig on the front panel. The pin heads sit close to the cushion, and any woven texture can be simplified.

This is an outline cookie cutter. The coloured artwork is a decorating guide; interior details are not stamped into the dough.
