Quilt Circle Closed Shears Fabric Cookie Cutter

Closed sewing shears lie across folded fabric with a leafy panel and stitched edge. This connected arrangement suits sewing birthdays, quilting circles and maker appreciation cookies.

Use contrasting floods for the handles, blades and fabric, then add a broad leaf sprig. Fill the handle centres as decorating areas; the cutter makes one solid outer shape.
