Owl With Baner Cookie Cutter

Owl With Baner follows an owl holding a ribbon banner across its body. The reference illustration shows pink feathers, pale face patches and a red Valentine banner. Make the face and banner the main icing areas before adding optional lettering. The affectionate bird can accompany Valentine cookies; compare dimensions before planning the fine illustrated greeting. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
