Manta Ray Cookie Cutter

Manta Ray follows a swimming manta ray with spread side fins. The reference illustration shows a rounded central face, curved upper projections and small tail accent. Separate the fins from the body using contrasting icing areas before adding selected highlights. The sea creature can accompany ocean cookies while tiny expression details remain optional; consider the wide fin span when choosing dimensions and planning decoration and packaging. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
