Halloween Witch with 3 piece Banner Cookie Cutter

This Halloween witch cookie cutter joins a witch with three stacked sign panels in one connected outline. The reference illustration reads TRICK OR TREAT and includes orange curls, a pointed hat and a small jack-o-lantern accent. The three illustrated panels are parts of the pictured sign, rather than three separate cutters. Plan the lettering across those panels before decorating the witch. Broad panel colors and a simple pumpkin face can keep the scene clear without reproducing every small mark.
