Garter Belt Cookie Cutter

Garter Belt follows a curved garter-style band with a central bow. The reference illustration shows a broad upper ribbon and scalloped lace-like lower accents. Keep the bow distinct from the band using contrasting icing areas before adding selected trim. The celebration fashion accessory can accompany party cookies while tiny lace holes and ribbon details remain optional decoration within the complete outer silhouette. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
