Breakfast Club Egg Avocado Toast Cookie Cutter

Layer avocado slices and a sunny egg over a thick slice of golden toast. The rounded bread silhouette and overlapping toppings suit brunch parties, breakfast-themed birthdays and everyday food-cookie assortments.

Flood the toast first, then add broad green avocado sections and the egg white and yolk. Pepper specks and painted browning can be simplified or omitted.
