Baby with Balloons Cookie Cutter

Baby with Balloons follows a leaning baby holding a balloon cluster. The reference illustration shows a rounded head, short outfit and three broad balloons. Separate the balloons with contrasting icing areas and suggest their strings with a few lines. The full upper cluster creates a taller character scene for a birthday or baby-shower collection.
