Mermaid Unicorn Cat Cookie Cutter

Mermaid Unicorn Cat follows a unicorn cat holding a shell above a mermaid tail. The reference illustration shows pointed upper ears, small horn and swept lower fin. Keep the shell distinct from the coat using contrasting icing areas before adding selected tail patterns. The ocean fairytale creature can accompany star cookies while tiny facial details remain optional; the cat and shell form one complete outer shape rather than separate cutters.
