Heart With Banner Cookie Cutter

Heart With Banner follows a heart-shaped panel with an owl and banner. The reference illustration shows a broad central bird, curved ribbon and illustrated Be Mine wording. Keep the owl distinct from the heart using clear icing areas before adding selected face details. The Valentine scene can accompany animal cookies; choose dimensions that leave room for your intended banner message, which is decoration rather than stamped lettering.
