Cute Pennant Banner Cookie Cutter

Cute Pennant Banner follows a curved pennant banner with five hanging flags. The reference illustration shows a connecting upper cord and star and heart flag motifs. Give neighboring flags contrasting icing colors before adding selected patterns. The banner can join celebration cookies as one complete shape; the illustrated flags are not separate cutters or independently cut pieces. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
