Mardi Gras Hat Cookie Cutter

Mardi Gras Hat follows a tilted top hat with a broad curved brim. The reference illustration shows a contrasting lower band and side feather accents. Separate the feathers from the crown using contrasting icing areas before adding selected sparkle details. The Mardi Gras accessory can accompany mask cookies while fine feather veins remain optional; consider the broad lower brim when choosing dimensions and planning decoration and packaging.
