Mardi Gras Gnome 3 Cookie Cutter

Mardi Gras Gnome 3 follows a gnome beneath a three-point jester hat. The reference illustration shows a small upper crown, broad beard and bead-necklace motif. Keep the hat distinct from the beard using clear icing colors before adding selected dot accents. The Mardi Gras character can accompany mask cookies while tiny bead highlights remain optional; consider the broad upper hat span when choosing dimensions and planning decoration and packaging.
