Mardi Gras Beaded Necklace 1 Cookie Cutter

Mardi Gras Beaded Necklace 1 follows a broad oval bead-necklace panel. The reference illustration shows rounded edge beads in alternating green and purple colors. Use contrasting icing circles to suggest the necklace before adding selected highlights.
