Mardi Gras Banner Cookie Cutter

Mardi Gras Banner follows a hanging Mardi Gras banner. The reference illustration shows five pointed lower pennants and small fleur-de-lis motifs. Separate the pennants using alternating icing colors before adding selected symbolic accents. The celebration decoration can accompany mask cookies; the flags and curved upper line form one complete outer shape rather than separate cutters, and tiny tie details remain optional. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
