Lilac Ballet Tutu Cookie Cutter

Lilac Ballet Tutu follows a ballet dress with a tiered tutu. The reference illustration shows small upper sleeves, a central bow and broad scalloped lower skirt. Separate the bow from the dress with contrasting icing areas before adding selected ruffle lines. The dance accessory can accompany ballet cookies while tiny fabric texture remains optional; the illustrated neckline is decoration within the complete silhouette rather than an interior cutout. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
