Ice Queen Cookie Cutter

Ice Queen follows a crowned queen above a broad formal gown. The reference illustration shows long side hair, contrasting shoulder trim and flared lower skirt. Keep the crown and hair distinct from the dress using clear icing colors before adding selected jewel accents. The winter fairytale figure can accompany castle cookies while tiny pearl and gown patterns remain optional; consider the broad lower skirt when planning decoration and packaging. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
