Birthday Hat Cookie Cutter

Birthday Hat follows a pointed party hat with a rounded top accent. The reference illustration shows a broad curved base and diagonal decorative bands. Use a few broad icing stripes rather than many narrow bands. The simple accessory shape can tie together a birthday assortment, with colors chosen to match its other party cookies. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
