Birthday Dinosaur Cookie Cutter

Birthday Dinosaur follows a long-necked dinosaur with a raised balloon. The reference illustration shows a rounded body, small legs and spotted balloon above its back. Separate the dinosaur and balloon with contrasting icing areas, then add a few broad spots. The character can connect a dinosaur birthday theme with familiar party accessories in one cookie.
