Surfer Girl 2 Cookie Cutter

Surfer Girl 2 follows a girl standing on a surfboard above waves. The reference illustration shows pale-golden pigtails, striped swimsuit and a contrasting pink board with blue water curls. Keep the board distinct from the waves icing before adding selected facial accents. This summer arrangement uses one complete outer shape; broad wave panels can replace fine shading and tiny repeated swimsuit patterns. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
