Over The Rainbow Cookie Cutter

Over The Rainbow follows a wide plaque around a rainbow-themed affectionate message. The reference illustration shows a curved rainbow, cloud, gold coins and mixed lettering. Establish the rainbow and main word before adding the smaller script. The colorful message can join St. Patrick's Day cookies; compare dimensions before planning tiny clovers and lettering accents. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
