Minnie Mouse Cookie Cutter

Minnie Mouse follows a mouse-head silhouette beneath a broad bow. The reference illustration shows two rounded side ears, upper bow lobes and curved lower face. Keep the bow distinct from the face using clear icing colors before adding selected polka dots. The character accessory can accompany themed celebration cookies without detailed body decoration; compare dimensions before planning tiny bow accents, or use a simpler contrasting bow pattern for a clearer design.
