Mardi Gras Hat 3 Cookie Cutter

Mardi Gras Hat 3 follows a broad jester hat with curved lower points. The reference illustration shows several rounded upper panels, small pompoms and star-patterned band. Separate the panels with contrasting icing colors before adding selected pompom details. The Mardi Gras accessory can accompany mask cookies while tiny fabric patterns remain optional; consider the broad curved span when choosing dimensions and planning decoration and packaging.
