Mardi Gras Hat 2 Cookie Cutter

Mardi Gras Hat 2 follows a rounded multi-lobed celebration crown. The reference illustration shows broad upper panels, a curved lower band and fleur-de-lis accent. Keep the band distinct from the panels using contrasting icing areas before adding selected jewel motifs. The Mardi Gras accessory can accompany bead cookies while tiny dot patterns remain optional; the illustrated jewels and symbols are decoration rather than embossed or stamped features. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
