Mardi Gras Hat 1 Cookie Cutter

Mardi Gras Hat 1 follows a three-point jester hat. The reference illustration shows broad striped upper lobes and a contrasting lower star-patterned band. Separate the hat sections with clear icing colors before adding selected star accents. The Mardi Gras accessory can accompany mask cookies while tiny fabric lines remain optional; consider the curved side points when choosing dimensions and planning packaging, or simplify the striped decoration. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
