Lucky Rainbow Cookie Cutter

Lucky Rainbow follows a rainbow beneath a small cloud. The reference illustration shows curved color bands and broad lower coin accents. Separate the rainbow bands using contrasting icing colors before adding selected cloud details. The St Patricks Day scene can accompany shamrock cookies while tiny coin patterns remain optional; the rainbow and lower accents form one complete outer shape rather than separate cutters. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
