Independance Day Hat Cookie Cutter

Independance Day Hat follows a tall patriotic hat with a broad curved brim. The reference illustration shows vertical upper stripes and a contrasting star-patterned band. Keep the band distinct from the crown using clear icing colors before adding selected star accents. The celebration accessory can accompany July Fourth cookies while tiny sparkle patterns remain optional; consider the broad lower brim and tall crown when planning decoration and packaging.
