Cowgirl 1 Cookie Cutter

Cowgirl 1 follows a standing cowgirl tipping her hat. The reference illustration shows a broad upper brim, long hair and neckerchief. Keep the face and hat distinct with contrasting icing areas before adding simple clothing bands. The hat-tipping gesture can accompany western accessories while fine hair strands remain optional.
