Christmas Penguin Face Cookie Cutter

Christmas Penguin Face follows a penguin face wearing a winter hat and scarf. The reference illustration shows a broad face panel, upper pom-pom and patterned lower scarf. Keep the face clear below the hat and use a few broad scarf bands. The head-only winter bird can balance full-body penguins or other seasonal characters without decorating feet and wings. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
