Betta Fish Cookie Cutter

Betta Fish follows a small fish with broad flowing fins. The reference illustration shows a smiling face, rounded body and fan-like tail. Separate the face and tail with contrasting icing areas, then suggest fin rays with a few lines. Its wide flowing outline pairs with other aquarium or underwater cookie designs. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
