Ballet Recital Ruffled Recital Tutu Cookie Cutter

Ballet Recital Ruffled Recital Tutu follows a sleeveless costume with a broad layered skirt. The reference artwork adds a decorated bodice, a waist bow and scalloped trim, leaving several areas for coordinating recital colors in icing. This outline offers a wider skirt than a simple leotard design and suits a ballet birthday or recital gift collection. Check both selected dimensions when deciding space for skirt layers and bodice detail, and plan those interior features as icing decoration.
