Baby Seal Cookie Cutter

Baby Seal follows a rounded baby seal with a raised rear tail. The reference illustration shows a broad face and short side flippers. Keep the body one main icing color and add a simple face and flipper line. The compact curved animal can accompany other underwater baby characters in a shower or birthday arrangement. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
