Pet Party Heart-Tag Collar Cookie Cutter

Pet Party Heart-Tag Collar follows a broad collar with a heart-shaped tag hanging from its lower edge. The reference artwork adds paw prints, a buckle and small trim details, offering room for a pet-party decorating theme. Use fewer paw motifs or put a short initial on the tag in icing. Check the selected width and height before planning readable lettering and the buckle. The inside collar opening and pattern are represented through decoration within the complete silhouette.
