Witch's Hat Cookie Cutter

Witch's Hat follows a pointed witch hat. The actual local reference shows tall bent upper crown and broad sweeping lower brim. Keep the brim distinct from the crown with contrasting icing. Broad hat bands can replace tiny shaded fabric folds for a Halloween accessory cookie. Check the selected dimensions before choosing small accents, lettering or packaging. Choose your own icing palette and keep the main panels distinct; the reference is used to identify the silhouette rather than prescribe a finished decoration.
