Witch Kitten Cookie Cutter

Witch Kitten follows a cat beneath a large witch hat. The reference illustration shows dark body, orange hat, purple cape and tiny upper mouse. Keep the cape distinct from the body icing. Larger hat bands can replace tiny repeated dots while retaining the layered Halloween character. Choose a contrasting palette for the main sections rather than copying every fine shaded detail Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
