Witch Banner Cookie Cutter

Witch Banner follows a Halloween message sign beneath a witch hat. The reference illustration shows orange pointed hat, purple sign boards and lower striped legs. Keep the message boards distinct from the hat icing. Broad block lettering can replace tiny shaded details while retaining the playful seasonal sign. Choose a contrasting palette for the main sections rather than copying every fine shaded detail Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
