Unicorn Whale Cookie Cutter

Unicorn Whale follows a rounded whale with a unicorn horn and raised tail. The reference illustration shows pale-blue body, small face and contrasting multicolored fins and horn accents. Keep the fins distinct from the body icing before adding selected facial details.
