Under The Sea Alphabet Ampersand Cookie Cutter

Under The Sea Alphabet Ampersand follows a rounded ampersand with sea-life accents near its lower loop. The reference illustration shows teal patterned symbol, pale shells and a contrasting golden starfish. Keep the lower sea-life group distinct from the symbol icing before adding selected accents. This ocean-themed character can accompany personalized cookies; broad panels can replace finely repeated scale lines and tiny shell ridges. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
