Snowman Head Cookie Cutter

Snowman Head follows a rounded snowman head beneath a tall top hat. The reference illustration shows a broad upper crown, projecting hat brim and circular lower face in the silhouette. Keep the hat distinct from the face icing before adding your chosen expression. This winter head shape can accompany seasonal cookies; broad contrasting panels give room for a simple carrot nose and selected facial dots.
