Sleepy Crescent Moon Cookie Cutter

This sleepy crescent moon cookie cutter joins a curved moon with a drooping nightcap and pompom. The reference illustration has a closed eye and a star-patterned cap. Use contrasting icing sections to suggest the crescent and hat; the inner crescent space remains part of the solid cookie rather than an interior cutout.
