Santas Feet Cupcake Cookie Cutter

Santas Feet Cupcake follows a cupcake topped with Santa boots. The reference illustration shows pale frosting, red trouser cuffs and a contrasting green lower wrapper. Keep the boots distinct from the frosting before adding selected buckle details.
