Raccoon With Heart Balloon Cookie Cutter

Raccoon With Heart Balloon follows a raccoon holding a heart balloon. The reference illustration shows gray body, dark eye mask and a red upper heart. Keep the heart distinct from the animal icing before adding the face. The complete Valentine scene uses one outer shape; a clear balloon and selected tail bands can replace the finer illustrated details. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
