Police Hat 2 Cookie Cutter

This police-hat cookie cutter has a wide curved brim beneath a peaked crown with small side projections. The reference decoration uses a blue crown, dark brim and a central gold badge. Flood the crown and brim separately so their different shapes remain visible, then add the badge as an icing accent. The badge is not an internal cut-out. A narrow contrasting band can define the boundary above the brim while leaving room for the central emblem.

These are pass-through cutters with no lip on the inside edge of the handle.
