Patchwork Purple Witch Hat Cookie Cutter

Patchwork Purple Witch Hat follows a drooping witch hat with a broad curved brim. The reference illustration shows purple crown, orange patch and teal band with gold buckle. Separate the band and patch from the crown before adding selected stitch lines. The Halloween accessory can accompany witch cookies; simple patch boundaries can replace finely detailed seams. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
