Party Seal Gift Hug Cookie Cutter

Party Seal Gift Hug follows a seated seal holding a wrapped gift. The reference illustration shows blue body, coral bow and party hat above a green present. Keep the gift distinct from the flippers before adding the smiling face. The party animal can accompany birthday cookies; broad ribbon bands and a few hat dots can replace small surface accents. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
