Monster Hotel Cookie Cutter

This cheerful figure has an oversized curly-hair silhouette above a narrow body and shoes. The pictured orange curls give the head a lively texture, while the shirt offers a small central area for a number or simple color block. Outline the outer hair shape first, then add a few larger curved icing lines instead of trying to repeat every curl. That approach keeps the face readable beside the busy hair. The illustrated curls, clothes and expression are decorating suggestions within the cut shape.
