Little Sunshine Hero Cape Cookie Cutter

Little Sunshine Hero Cape follows a broad hero cape beneath a rounded collar. The reference illustration shows sweeping side edges and central sunshine motif. Keep the collar distinct from the cape using contrasting icing colors before adding selected sun rays. The dress-up accessory can accompany superhero cookies while fine fabric folds remain optional; the illustrated sun and fastening button are decoration rather than embossed or stamped features.
