Kiss Balloon Cookie Cutter

Kiss Balloon follows a lip-shaped balloon above a curved lower panel. The reference illustration shows rounded upper lip lobes and illustrated curling string. Keep the balloon distinct from the string area using clear icing colors before adding selected highlights. The romantic accessory can accompany Valentine cookies; the narrow illustrated string and surrounding space are decoration within the complete silhouette rather than a separate cut piece. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
