Hot Air Balloon Cookie Cutter

Hot Air Balloon follows a hot-air balloon above a small basket. The reference illustration shows a broad rounded upper envelope and tapered lower connector area. Separate the balloon panels with contrasting icing colors before adding selected basket accents. The travel shape can accompany cloud cookies while tiny rope details remain optional; the illustrated spaces above the basket are decoration within the complete silhouette rather than interior cutouts. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.

These are pass-through cutters with no lip on the inside edge of the handle.
